The Ludgvan Parish Design Statement was adopted by the parish council on 12 February 2020 and is to be referred to when preparing and considering planning applications within the parish.

The Ludgvan Parish Design Statement describes the parish of Ludgvan as it is, highlighting its qualities and unique features. It is intended to act as supplementary planning guidance, ensuring that any future development or change takes into account the high quality of the local environment. This Design Statement has been produced in conjunction with the Ludgvan Neighbourhood Development Plan and both documents should be read together to fully implement future design and planning philosophy.
